Step 3

Features

01

Excellent fire resistance

Since the insulation and sheath materials of the cable are inorganic, they will not burn or support combustion. It can continue to operate under conditions close to flames, and the copper sheath will not melt until it reaches 1083°C, which can maintain the integrity of the line when a fire occurs, providing valuable time for personnel evacuation and fire rescue.

02

High operating temperature

It can withstand continuous operating temperatures up to 250°C. In an emergency, it can continue to work for a short time at a temperature close to the melting point of the copper sheath.

03

Long life

Inorganic materials are stable, which makes the cable have a long service life. According to data, it takes 257 years for the sheath to oxidize 0.25mm at an ambient temperature of 250°C.

04

Good explosion-proof

Highly compacted insulating materials can prevent steam, gas and flames from passing between the equipment parts connected to the cable, and are suitable for places with explosion hazards.

05

Small outer diameter

At the same rated current, its diameter is smaller than other types of cables, saving installation space.

06

Good waterproof performance

Seamless metal sheath allows the cable to continue to work normally even if it is completely immersed in water.

07

High mechanical strength

Durable and can withstand severe mechanical damage without compromising its electrical properties.

08

Large current carrying capacity

Mineral insulation has better thermal conductivity than plastic, so it has a higher current carrying capacity at the same operating temperature. For lines above 16mm², one section can be reduced for use.

09

Easy grounding

The copper sheath acts as a grounding conductor and can provide good low grounding resistance without the need for an additional grounding conductor.

10

High corrosion resistance

The copper sheath has high corrosion resistance. For most devices, no additional protective measures are required, but in special environments, such as places with strong corrosion to copper, cables wrapped in plastic outer sheaths can be used.
