Category

Model Description
MKVV PVC insulated PVC sheathed control cable for coal mines is suitable for control monitoring circuits and protection lines with AC rated voltage of 450/750V and below, and can be used to connect various electrical instruments.
MKVVP PVC insulated PVC sheathed braided shielded control cable adds a braided shielding layer on the basis of ordinary control cable, improves the anti-interference ability of the cable, and is suitable for strong electromagnetic field interference areas.
MKVV22 PVC insulated PVC sheathed steel belt armored control cable has good mechanical protection performance and can be used in places that need to withstand certain mechanical pressure or tension.
MKVV32 PVC insulated PVC sheathed fine steel wire armored control cable, the steel wire armor structure makes it have higher tensile strength and better anti-rat bite and anti-destruction ability, suitable for underground places with relatively harsh environment.

Step 2

Features

01

Strong fireproof performance

Mining control cables are usually made of flame-retardant or fire-resistant materials to prevent fires or electrical accidents caused by high temperatures or fires. They meet national flame-retardant standards (such as GB/T 18380) or fire-resistant standards, and can continue to work in fire or high-temperature environments to prevent the spread of fire.

02

Strong anti-interference ability

Electromagnetic interference is more serious in environments such as mines. Mining control cables usually use copper or aluminum tape shielding design, which can effectively prevent the influence of external electromagnetic interference on electrical equipment and signal transmission, and ensure the stable operation of the system.

03

Anti-mechanical damage

Mining cables are often in harsh environments and are susceptible to mechanical pressure, friction and pulling. In order to enhance the durability of the cable, some mining cables are equipped with steel belt armor or other reinforcing materials to increase the tensile strength and resistance to external pressure.

04

High temperature resistance

The insulation materials used in mining control cables (such as cross-linked polyethylene, magnesium oxide, etc.) have good high temperature resistance and can work for a long time in an environment of -40°C to +90°C. Some models can even withstand higher temperatures. They are suitable for use in mines, tunnels and other places with high temperatures or large temperature fluctuations.

05

Explosion-proof performance

Mining control cables are often used in explosive environments such as coal mines and oil fields. Therefore, the explosion-proof performance of cables is crucial. Mining cables comply with national and international explosion-proof standards (such as Ex d II BT4) to avoid explosions or fires caused by sparks or high temperatures generated by electrical equipment.

06

Corrosion resistance

Mining control cables need to be used in highly corrosive environments such as wet, acid and alkali, and have good water resistance and corrosion resistance. The outer sheath is usually made of acid-resistant, alkali-resistant and oil-resistant materials (such as polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, LSZH, etc.) to ensure that the cable can work stably and for a long time in harsh environments.

07

Strong weather resistance

The outer sheath material of mining cables has good UV resistance and aging resistance, and is suitable for use in outdoor, humid or exposed to sunlight environments. It can effectively resist the impact of weather changes on cables and extend the service life of cables.

08

Stable electrical performance

Mining control cables have excellent electrical properties, including good insulation and conductivity, which can ensure stable power transmission and signal transmission, and prevent power system interruption or data loss.

09

Low smoke zero halogen material (LSZH)

In order to improve the safety of mining cables in fires, some mining cables use low smoke zero halogen (LSZH) materials. This type of material does not release toxic gases when burned at high temperatures, and produces less smoke, reducing safety hazards in fires.

10

Flexibility and customizability

The structure of mining control cables can be flexibly customized according to actual needs, such as the cross-section of the cable, sheath material, shielding design, etc., and suitable cable models can be selected according to the different requirements of specific environments such as mines and tunnels.
